5. Information will be bound by RA 10173 and will enjoy privelage between @sieon_park and buyer. If however, fraudulent or felonious actions are proven, such privelages are waived.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Strictly we discourage cancellation once the order form has been submitted. (Unless out of stock)

Cancellation fee of (50%) FIFTY PERCENT per order, if not settled, will be labelled as a bogus buyer and be posted and blacklisted from ordering.

Pasalo Slot is highly discouraged. Since this will be an inconvenience on my part a (Php 50.00) charge will be done to accomnodate for my lost time to change your orders.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

Refunds will be made if items are out of stock

No refund or exchange of items for the damages, defects, lost parts or missing items and delays, natural disaster, forced majeure, manufacture defecrs from the international and local courier)

OUT BOX of an item (DVD, album, etc.) is for protection of the product only and there may be slight scratches and discoloration. Exchanges and refunds are not possible due to dirt or damage that occurs during the distribution process.

In case of damaged parcel due to local courier, please file a complaint directly to the courier that made the delivery. We can only offer to assist you in the process.

Unless otherwise we made an error shipping your items (eg. wrong item was shipped), a clear and unedited unboxing video is needed for proof.

PLEASE TAKE A VIDEO OF YOUR UNBOXING FOR PROPER EVIDENDCE. NO VIDEO = NO ASSISTANCE/INVALID COMPLAINTS.

ETA ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL

ETA for the FETA will be FETA (FAST ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL) 3-6 weeks when delivered from my Korean Consol.

ETA for ALBUMS will be NETA (NORMAL ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL) around 4-8 weeks when delievered from my Korean Consol

Local deliveries typically take two to four days from Metro Manila and Luzon, Five to Seven days for Visayas and Mindanao Area
